To change or cancel an order

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos or a short video. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

To raise a return or exchange
From the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.
