• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product images are illustrative. Products made from natural fibres may have natural variations in colour, texture and finish between batches.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

• An Order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) at the stated price.
• An Order is accepted and a contract formed only upon dispatch of the product and issue of a shipping confirmation.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
• You will be notified by email/SMS of any Order cancellation, and a full refund will be processed.

• We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets. All orders are prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
• Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.
• We do not store full card details on our servers.
• In case of payment failure or dispute, please contact us at support@viynliving.com within 48 hours.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and expiry dates.
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
• Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation and account suspension.

• All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs and software — is the intellectual property of ASIAN FABRICX PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content without prior written consent.
• User-submitted content such as reviews and photos may be used by us for marketing purposes. You grant us a royalty-free licence to use such content.

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

• Upload malicious code, viruses or disruptive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Resell products purchased from our Website without prior written authorisation.
• Post defamatory, offensive or misleading reviews.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products.
• Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the Transaction Price of the relevant Order.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

The Website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any dispute arising shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days.
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
• Consumer disputes may also be escalated to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or the relevant State Consumer Forum.
